Michael Williams

Michael received his B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan in 2011.  As an undergraduate researcher and, later, research assistant, he worked to develop engineered skeletal muscle for injury repair.  After serving in the US Peace Corps as a math teacher in Sierra Leone,  he joined the Desimone Lab as a research technician in June 2015. He left the lab in 2017 to start his PhD in Biostatistics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
